Ambient has developed and implemented comprehensive safety programs for a wide variety of clients including those in the manufacturing, construction, service and education sectors. Activities have ranged from performing OSHA compliance assessment to complete outsourcing of H&S responsibilities. We have helped our clients achieve and maintain compliance with applicable OSHA regulations and have often incorporated ‘best practices’ and behavior-based safety. Areas of expertise include hazard recognition and communications, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), training programs and record-keeping, facility inspection protocols and documentation, Lock Out/Tag Out, machine guarding, worker exposure monitoring and corrective action, and other services to support day-to-day safe work practices.
Ambient also develops tools for recordkeeping and ongoing compliance management, from simple ‘compliance calendars’ to state-of-the- art web-based programs. We support our clients in ISO certification and management, including developing programs that adhere to strict ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system requirements, providing a framework to improve employee safety, reduce workplace risks and create better, safer working conditions.
